How will you measure your life?

The question of how to measure one’s life is deeply personal.  It involves reflecting on what truly matters beyond the surface of achievements and success.  You may want to ask yourself: Am I living a hollow life without purpose?  If you can't answer the question of how to measure your life, you may want to take some time to figure it out.  Ponder the question and gain some clarity on the subject.  Read, think, pray, and ask God why He put you here.  Once you figure it out, you must keep the purpose of your life front and center.

Some people tend to under-invest in their family and over-invest in their career.  Without a balance of the two, you may not ever really find true and lasting happiness.  How can I be sure that my family becomes an enduring source of happiness?  No amount of money or success can take the place of time spent with your family.  Time invested with family is priceless.

When analyzing your life it is important to think about who you are as a person.  Are you someone with integrity?  Do you allow yourself to justify and say "Just this once"?  The metric by which God will assess your life isn't by how much money you have made, but rather by whose life you have touched and how you have lived.

Personal growth is crucial. Continuous learning and improvement matters. Being stagnant feels like wasted potential.  Ask yourself: Am I humble, learning new things, and facing challenges that push me out of my comfort zone?

You should measure your life not just by what you’ve achieved but by how much purpose, connection, growth, and positive impact you’ve made.  Measure your life by the relationships you have made and the lives you have changed for the better.
